Great location, close to tourist attractions, and easily accessible. the breakfast was tasty and the staff in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful.
The bathroom and toilet were in poor condition, with the toilet water not working well and the shower area being old and in need of renovation. there were some issues with room cleanliness, with one instance of finding poop on the toilet seat upon check-in.

The hotel is perfectly located, just a 3-minute walk from Galata Tower and Istiklal street, offering easy access to the city's main attractions. The secure paid parking option next to the hotel is a great convenience. The rooms offer a stunning view, and the breakfast is excellent. The hotel staff, including Yakan, Ramazan, Mert, and Ahmed. Their English-speaking abilities are a bonus in Istanbul. a highly recommended hotel with great value for money.
